In summer, from December to February, the sea generally ranges between 18–21°C, which can feel comfortable on warm, calm days. Autumn sees a steady cooling to around 16–19°C. Winter is cold and bracing, most often about 13–15°C, while spring brings a gradual warm-up again, typically sitting near 15–17°C, though persistent breezes often make the water feel cooler than expected.
