In summer, from around December to March, the sea typically sits between 24 and 26 °C, making the water warm enough for extended swims. During winter, usually June to August, temperatures drop to about 19–21 °C, which can feel cool at first but is still pleasant on sunny days with light winds. Spring and autumn often provide the best balance, with water temperatures commonly ranging from 21–23 °C and more settled conditions along the coast.
