In summer, from around December to March, sea temperatures are usually between 24 and 26 °C, giving the water a warm, comfortable feel that suits longer swims. During winter, typically June to August, temperatures ease back to about 19–21 °C, which can feel fresh at first but is still pleasant on sunny days. Spring and autumn often strike a nice balance, with water temperatures commonly sitting between 21–23 °C and generally settled weather.
